Mat Pilates

A full body workout whilst targeting your core, and also working on your posture and body alignment. You’ll be using various props such as weights and bands to lengthen, strengthen and tone your muscles. This class is suitable for all levels as it’s low impact and there are modifications for every exercise.

Mummy and Me

This one is for the Mummy’s! A gentle class blending suitable elements of both Yoga and Pilates to connect with your body, your baby, as well as other local mums-to-be. We know how difficult it may be to arrange childcare, this class is tailored to bring your little one along. Our instructors are qualified in both pre/postnatal pilates.

Hot Mat Pilates

Performed in a heated room to help increase flexibility, improve strength, and promote detoxification through sweat. The heat allows your muscles to relax and stretch more deeply, enhancing your overall practice. Whether you're new to pilates or experienced, our hot mat pilates classes provides a challenge.
