FAQs

Got questions? We’ve got answers. Whether you’re wondering what to bring or how to book, this section covers all the need-to-knows.

Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly and we’ll always offer options, so you can move at your own pace. Whether it’s your first class or you’re returning to movement, you’ll feel supported.

Just bring yourself and a water bottle. All mats and equipment are provided by the studio (we don’t allow personal mats). Wear something you can move comfortably in — think breathable, stretchy layers.

To keep the studio clean, consistent, and safe for everyone, we use studio mats only. Our mats are high-quality and are cleaned between classes, so you can focus on moving (and breathing) without worrying about the setup.

Absolutely. Pilates isn’t about being flexible already — it’s about building strength, control, and mobility over time. We’ll guide you with supportive cues and modifications, and you’ll never be pushed beyond what feels right for your body.

You may be able to join, but please check with your GP/physio first if you’re unsure. Let us know before class so we can offer appropriate options. If you’re pregnant or postpartum, we’ll prioritise safe, steady, core-supportive movement.

If you want, I can also write 5 more that cover the “website essentials” (booking, arrival time, lateness, cancellations, class types/levels, and what to expect in your first class) in the same tone.
