Who is Pilates for?
If you are looking to strengthen your abdomen and pelvis as well as maintain good posture, then Pilates is for you. Pilates promotes mobility and strength of all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion, whilst also having a key focus on the deep core muscles. It improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.

When to arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class, allowing you to discuss any concerns with your instructor and find your mat ready for the class to start. Doors will be shut at the start of the class, so please do not try and enter the studio and disturb the class. Due to the close runnings of the classes, we are unable to host anyone in the studio before your class start time.

What if I have to cancel last minute?
Life happens, we get it! We have a cancellation window of 8 hours.
If you cancel before the 8 hours, then your credit will be refunded back to your account and allow another client to take your place. If you cancel within the window, you will lose a credit.

No show policy
As a small business, you can understand a no show can be disappointing. If you haven’t cancelled your booking and fail to show up, you will automatically be charged £10.

Can I bring my baby to the classes?
Yes - the ‘Mummy and Me’ classes are specifically designed for Mum’s who are unable to get childcare or simply just want to bring their little one along! You will be responsible for your child’s welfare ,therefore we kindly ask that you bring all the necessary essentials to cater to your child.

Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourself and a bottle of water! We provide all the equipment from mats to face towels in case you get sweaty!
